Warfare, our annual wargames show, is one of the largest in the country. This year, it is being held on the 12th and 13th November 2021
The Show in 2022 is moving to the Farnborough Exhibition Centre, The new venue we will have a lot more space and will be able to expand as well as add more to the show in the years to come

Easy access for visitors and delegates is a key element of any event. Farnborough is conveniently located south-west of London and is served by strong national and international travel links. Travel to Farnborough in just 35 minutes by train from London Waterloo or access the venue by car from the M3 and enjoy free parking on site. For those travelling by air, Heathrow is only 30 minutes and Gatwick 50 minutes by car. Farnborough Airport adjacent to the venue, is one of Europe’s leading business airports for private flights around the world.
By Car: Disabled parking is available for all our events. Please ensure you display your blue badge in your car and the traffic marshals will direct you to the disabled car park.
By Taxi: Please note, you should bring your Blue Badge with you, even if you are arriving by taxi or private coach. If you are arriving by taxi and have your Blue Badge with you, you will be able to be dropped off at the main entrances. If you also require a pick up, please advise the taxi firm that you have a blue badge and the taxi will be permitted to pick you up from the main entrances.
Assistance Dogs: Assistance dogs are welcome, but we do not recommend that you bring them to events where noise levels are high.
Hearing Impairments: Induction loop audio systems are fitted in various locations.
Disabled Facilities: Accessible and disabled toilets are available throughout the venue.
Should you decide to travel by car, Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is located just off the A325, accessible from the M3 (J4) and A31.

Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is within easy reach of four stations- Farnborough Main, Farnborough North, North Camp and Aldershot.
Farnborough Main is served by South West Trains and sits on a mainline to London Waterloo. With up to six trains per hour and journey times as fast as 34 minutes, getting to Farnborough by train is a very fast and easy option. Farnborough Main station is 1.5 miles from the venue and just 5 minutes by taxi. Further information about the facilities at the station is available on the National Railwebsite.
Farnborough North and North Camp are served by First Great Western and located within a 10-minute taxi ride from the venue. Further information about the facilities at these stations is available on the National Rail website.
Aldershot is served by South West Trains and offers direct services to London Waterloo and Guildford. The station is a ten-minute taxi ride from the venue. Further information about the facilities at the station is available on the National Rail website.

From London Airports:
To travel to Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre from Gatwick Airport by train, take the First Great Western service to North Camp Station. The train journey is approximately 50 minutes.

London Heathrow is a 30-minute drive from Farnborough. Alternatively, there is a shuttle bus from Heathrow to Woking Train Station where visitors can transfer to Farnborough Main by train in just 10 minutes. Please visit Heathrow Airport website for more details.
London Gatwick is a 50-minute drive from Farnborough or alternatively 50 minutes by train from Gatwick to North Camp from where it is a 10-minute taxi ride to the venue. Please visit Gatwick Airport website for more details.

SAFETY & FIRST AID
We always have trained first aid staff available in the event of an accident or incident. Just ask the nearest member of FIL staff or a member of Security’ for immediate assistance
In the event of a fire emergency a siren alarm will sound and will be accompanied by a loud speaker announcement stating that fire evacuation is in process and everyone must leave the building. Fire exits are clearly marked and there are adequate fire marshals on site to ensure everyone leaves the building safely and indicates the location of the fire assembly points. Please do not attempt to leave site during an emergency evacuation as this may hinder emergency services gaining access to site. We have 5 refuge points on the first floor equipped with evacuation chairs.There are trained staff to assist those with impaired mobility and ensure they leave the building safely. Never attempt to re-enter the building until the ‘All Clear’ has been given.
Hall 1 and Hall 5 has free café style WIFI which is suitable for browsing the internet and checking emails. This WIFI is not suitable for exhibitors to rely on for show critical elements. (a seperate Secure wifi for EPOS can be supplied)
Can I leave trucks/trailers on site overnight?
Vehicles can remain on site overnight if your Event Manager is notified in advance and a suitable area allocated. No persons are permitted to stay on site overnight.
