Description
The Bushido English Masters tournament will be held at Warfare Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre on Saturday 16th November 2024.
Tickets can be bought from the Warfare website. The ticket price includes entry to the show, car parking is free. See Warfare’s terms and conditions for details including refund policy.
Please register on Longshanks for this event. Warband list(s) of 100 rice are to be submitted on Longshanks by 8pm on the 15th November to allow time for checking (see link below). Your list(s) can be submitted ‘hidden’ – the TO can still check these.
Tables, boards and terrain will be provided on the day. We aim to open registration at 8:30am and start gaming by 9am. Games and awards should be completed by 6.15pm. There will be three rounds as follows:
9:00 – 11:30 first game
11:30 – 11:45 short break
11:45 – 14:15 second game
14:15 – 15:15 lunch break
15:15 – 17:45 third game
17:45 – 18:15 awards
This event will use the GCT tournament and scenario pack. The Masters format will be used during the event. Two list composition is allowed. Ordered for Battle and Strategic Deployment themes are not permitted. Scenarios will be announced before each round. Players will deploy terrain. Models need not be fully painted, but we do encourage painted warbands. Tie breaks details are on Longshanks.
This event will use ‘death clocks’ to help players stay to time and ideally finish their games. I have allowed 2.5 hours per round to lessen time pressure and so each player gets 75mins ‘on the clock’.

As an official ‘Masters’ event the following will be provided:
– painter kuma
– tokens
– dice
We will also have a narrative story for players to enjoy!
Not only that, but we will have prize support and trophies distribute on the day. Building on the last two years and growing interest, we are aiming for 16 players. We can accommodate more of course.
