Established in 1978, we are a miniature tabletop club for wargamers in the Reading area. We meet weekly where up-to 130 members play tabletop games from Ancients to Modern and beyond. We are an active club and arrange a variety of social events for our members.
We meet every Wednesday evening ( 5:45pm–10:30pm ) at the Winnersh Community Centre, New Road, Sindlesham, Near Wokingham, Berkshire. RG41 5DU. The centre has free parking, a large well lit, heated hall, and a tea bar. Everyone is welcome but please note that under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
The atmosphere of our club is very friendly and new members are always welcome. We play a wide variety of games including Flames of War, ~Team Yankee, DBMM, DBA, AD&D/RPG, WRG 6th Edition, X-Wing, Bolt Action, Saga, Swordpoint AOS, Warhammer 40K, Lord of the Rings, Blood Bowl, Wings of War, Board Games etc.. In fact we will try our hand at anything and many of our members even produce their own rules. The club has its own tables, and a good selection of terrain.
